From start to finish, I provide a smooth, all-inclusive photography experience designed to reflect your vision while ensuring everything runs effortlessly. Think of it as a white-glove service, where every detail is handled with precision and care. Here’s how the process unfolds:
1. Booking Your Session
Once you’ve decided to work with me, we’ll connect via email or text to confirm the basics:
Date, time, and location preferences
Your vision for the session
Key details like participant names and any specific goals for the shoot
At this stage, I’ll reserve your session and prepare for the next step: our intake call.
2. The Client Intake Call
We’ll schedule a 15-20 minute intake call to dive into your session details. This is where we align on your vision and expectations. Topics we’ll cover include:
Your goals for the session (e.g., themes, styles, or specific shots you’d like)
Wardrobe considerations, props, or special details
Confirmation of location and any travel considerations
Answers to any questions about the experience
During the call, I’ll also explain the payment process:
You’ll receive two Zelle requests:
50% deposit to secure your booking.
Remaining balance, due 24 hours before the session.
Both payments must be completed before your shoot begins.
The call ensures we’re aligned and ready for a seamless session.
3. Follow-Up Email
After the intake call, I’ll send a detailed follow-up email outlining:
Everything we discussed during our call
Session expectations and potential variables we might foresee
Final reminders and preparation tips
This email provides peace of mind and ensures there’s no miscommunication. It’s important to me that we’re all on the same page and you feel confident heading into the session.
4. Preparation and Planning
I spend 30-45 minutes preparing for your session, including scouting your chosen location, setting up equipment, and ensuring everything is ready. This prep time, included in all packages, sets the foundation for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
We’ll finalize any last-minute details, including wardrobe choices, props, and tips for involving kids or pets if applicable.
5. The Session
On the day of the shoot, all you need to do is show up and enjoy! I’ll guide you through:
Posing suggestions to bring out your best angles
Natural moments to capture candid joy and connection
Adjustments for lighting, background, and overall composition
Your session is designed to flow smoothly, with no stress or rushing. If you need a quick outfit change or pause for a moment, we’ll make it work.
6. Editing and Delivery
After the session, I focus on true-to-tone editing, ensuring your images are polished, natural, and vibrant. Modest touch-ups (e.g., lighting, hair, blemishes) are included to enhance every photo while maintaining its authenticity.
Within 2-3 weeks, you’ll receive your final, high-resolution digital images via direct download.
7. Your Memories, Your Way
Once you receive your images, they’re yours to enjoy! Use them to celebrate milestones, share with loved ones, or update your professional profiles.
